Greatly enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel, it was awesome. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 queen beds, windows away from the elevators and modern decor as expected.

The staff we met were super rude.

The hotel was fairly clean with exceptionally nice and elegant rooms and absolutely perfect staff. Its location at a short distance from a side wheeler steamboat was marvellous and perfect!

Besides, the location was marvellous and unbeatable for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a side wheeler steamboat. It was also close to Crown Center, Crossroads, and Power and Light district to the south.

Clean, gorgeous hotel, brand-new rooms and patient staff. Had perfect and excellent location conveniently near the streetcar, not too far from Kc Fountains. Close enough to Light, the restaurants, and the City Market.

Great food including a good breakfast with pastries, fruit, and eggs. Soft beds and an iron and a couch bed.

The room was brand-new and great-sized with 2 queen beds, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was just next door to many restaurants, Riverside and Union Station and River Market and Power and Light.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The room was nicely renovated and had everything we needed. The location in the financial district downtown was perfect for us, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and to some great restaurants. We especially enjoyed the American-style customer service from the staff. They greeted us with a smile every time and were always happy to help. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

Staff is fantastically friendly and you can park your car on-site. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to.

The breakfast is great. The venue is placed in a central position conveniently near the streetcar.

The rooms were both brand-new, updated, complete with windows away from the elevators, fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great with a wide array of delicacies.

The staff treated us like family. Rooms were large and comfortable. Complimentary coffee and cookies were a nice treat. Valet drivers were honest about their abilities. Great view and clean room.

my recent stay at a hotel in kansas city was amazing. even though it was an early morning flight, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. everyone was friendly and the place was fancy and clean. they exceeded my expectations and made my stay memorable.
